An East Coast native, Rosen was born and raised in Northern Jersey. He attended Boston University where he earned a B.A. in Psychology, as well as four varsity letters as a member of the Terrier Soccer Team.
Rosen began his career in entertainment as an assistant to the Vice President of the Oscard Agency. Under Rosen's guidance, the group takes a holistic approach to representation, providing opportunities and strategies for clients across all areas of the company, including television, merchandising, licensing, publishing, and digital distribution.
In addition to his management responsibilities within the agency, Rosen continues to represent various personalities, production companies, broadcasters, and producers.
In 2001, Rosen was named to The Hollywood Reporter's "Next Generation," a list of the top 35 industry executives under the age of 35. In 2006, he was named Entertainment Marketer of the Year by Advertising Age.
