Benjamin Francis Phelan

Benjamin Francis Phelan began his career as the Program Acquisitions Evaluator for Starz Encore Media, traveling to film festivals and markets worldwide to evaluate films for 10 cable movie networks. He then managed the production of over a dozen made-for-television movies as Manager of Program Evaluation and Development before joining Denver Center Media as Director of Program Development. There, he produced and directed numerous films and series for Bravo (Stagestruck), the BBC (Tantalus: Behind the Mask), PBS (The Shakespeare Sessions), and HDNet (Of Angels & Light). Currently, he is the Chief Creative Officer of Luminous360/Luminous Media, LLC.
