Vasil Mirchev

Vasil Mirchev was a Bulgarian film director. Vasil Mirchev Krustanov was born on March 23, 1927 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He graduated in "economy" in High Economic Institute in Sofia, then in "filmmaking" at Premier Film School in Lodz, Poland. He has a specialization in "cinematography" in Poland. He has worked as a technologist in the "Bulgarian case" Foundation and a cinematographer and film director in 'Boyana' Film Studios. He died on January 9, 2003 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
