Biography

Over his long career, Mark has produced, directed and written in all formats and genres, focusing on comedy, biography, music and social consciousness. His credits include several feature films and hundreds of hours of television - "Ben Stiller's Comedy Roundtable" with Ben Stiller, Jim Carrey, Chris Rock and Bill Hader for Epix, 11 A&E Bios including Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Aniston and Red Hot Chili Peppers, two seasons of "Z-Rock," a single camera sitcom for IFC, the pilot of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" for HBO and "Off the Record" with Bono and the Edge for HBO. His career as a producer started in commercials and music videos and switched over to comedy and music early on. He produced a number of series and specials for Comedy Central, HBO, NBC, Fox, Showtime, VH1, and more, winning Cable Ace awards for "The A List" with Richard Lewis and "Coming Home" with Jackson Browne. On the social consciousness side, he produced pieces for Pathways to Peace, an NGO at the UN and is working on a film for the Railroad Street Youth Project in MA. Most recently, Mark has created a new company, www.imprint-films.org, to create legacy biographies of elder members of our community for their families, corporations and foundations.
