Jeff Welch

Jeff Welch was born in 1968 in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales as Jeffrey Norton Welch. He is known for his work on Torchwood (2006), Da Vinci's Demons (2013) and A Discovery of Witches (2018). He has been married to Heddi-Joy Taylor since June 18, 2009. He was previously married to Susan J. Edwards.
