Biography

Dean Farell Bruggeman is a Los Angeles-based playwright, screenwriter and actor. His plays include "The Blur," "Lagniappe," "Hollywood Perfume," "Pearson Design," "Lights Out, Wyoming," "Roomful of Divas" and "Show & Tell," along with one-acts including "SuperMom," "Damien," "CLASP," "Trampy, Tattooed Waitresses," "Safe Distance," "Pure October," "Adulterers ROCK!" and "The Elusive Whore." His work has been produced in L.A. at Knightsbridge Theatre, Eclectic Company Theatre, Group Repertory, Company of Angels, Road Theatre Company and The Hudson. His play "Memory Grove" was a 2012 semifinalist for the National Playwrights Conference at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. Dean is a graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, Florida, and holds a B.A. in English from the University of Florida.
