Ted Elrick

Biography

A graduate of the American Film Institute Center for Advanced Film Studies and West Virginia University, Ted Elrick is the co-screenwriter of the feature motion picture, "Home Sweet Hell." He is also the former longtime editor of the Directors Guild of America publication "DGA Magazine" interviewing hundreds of directors, assistant directors, unit production managers and more. He is a frequent contributor to the International Cinematographers Guild's "ICG Magazine" and also "MovieMaker" Magazine. He has written for "American Cinematographer" and "Cinefex," and his mystery and science fiction short stories have appeared in "Liberty Island" Magazine and "USC Viterbi" the publication of USC's Viterbi School of Engineering. His play, "Bridge City," was produced by the Pittsburgh Playwrights for their "Theatre Festival in Black & White." He studies improvisation at The Second City Training Center in Hollywood.
