Heather C. Howard

Heather was born in the San Fernando Valley. After graduating high school, she started working for 20th Century Fox, which is where her love of makeup grew. She has always loved makeup since she was a child and when she started working at Fox she got an up-close view of her dream. Shortly after, she began attending Makeup School at night and started working on films on the weekends. That was more than 10 years ago, and she is still living out her dream.
