Kája Saudek was born on May 13, 1935 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. He is known for his work on Who Wants to Kill Jessie? (1966), Four Murders Are Enough, Darling (1971) and Bohemia docta aneb Labyrint sveta a lusthauz srdce (Bozská komedie) (2000). He was married to Johanna. He died on June 26, 2015 in Prague, Czech Republic.
