Adela Peeva

Adela Peeva graduated in Film and TV Directing at the Academy of Theater, Cinema and TV in Belgrade. From 1973 till 1990 she worked at the Documentary Film Studio in Sofia. She is the author of more than 50 documentaries and the feature film The Neighbor. Since 1991 she has been an independent producer. Among her films are the prohibited Mothers (1983) and In the Name of Sport (1983), as well as the award winning The Unwanted (1999), Whose is this song? (2003).
