Anthony's theatre experience began during his school days with roles in stage productions of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "Snoopy", and later with sound and lighting technical support of such shows as "The Red Shoes", "Brigadoon", and "The Sound of Music". Following graduation from high school, Anthony joined the U.S. Air Force and continued in theatre work via such stage productions as "The Merchant of Venice", "Coriolanus", "The Importance of Being Earnest" and as 'Chuck' in "The Desperate Hours". Following his military service, Anthony produced a number of shows for the stage, including "Blasphemy", two separate productions of "Love Letters" (starring June Lockhart and Barbara Bain respectively), and "Merely Players" starring Barry Morse. In addition, Anthony has produced several television specials under the 'StarParty Productions' banner featuring such varied actors as Grace Lee Whitney, George Takei, Barry Morse, Armin Shimerman, and Kitty Swink.
