Son of Thomas Walter White, Jr. and Dorothy Keane White formerly of Cazenovia, New York and presently Maui, Hawaii and Raleigh, North Carolina. Sisters: Sara and Betsy. Grandson of Walter White, restaurateur and founder: New York Restaurant Association. Great-grandson of New York appellate court justice Philip A. Sullivan. Attended Northfield-Mount Herman School, Massachusetts; St. Lawrence University and New York University. Cast of premiere production: William Gibson's "Butterfingers Angel, 1974. Wrote, produced and performed as Joey in "Johnny & Joey", Waverly Place Theatre, New York, New York, 1989. Died: New York, New York, November 2004.
