Biography

Peter Van de Veire is a Belgian radio and television host, commonly known as the host of Flemish Region's most listened to morning show, De Grote Peter Van de Veire Ochtendshow from Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. His radio career mainly took off when he worked for the alternative youth station Studio Brussel in the mid-2000s, where he grew into a piece of furniture and standard bearer of the station. In 2009, Van de Veire was at the cradle of newly formed MNM, another youth station that plays mostly pop music. He has since become the senior host of MNM. Van de Veire has also been the Flemish voice-over commentator for the annual Eurovision Song Contest, replacing André Vermeulen. He has presented multiple variety programs for the Flemish public service broadcaster VRT.
