Roger Woddis

Woddis led a versatile career as a satirist, poet, reviewer and puzzle compiler, and contributed to many UK publications such as "Radio Times", "Punch", and the "New Statesman", as well as several broadsheet newspapers. In television he provided many sketches for David Frost, and also worked in BBC Radio as both a scriptwriter and guest contributor to news programmes.
