Zoe Tay

Zoe Tay was born on January 10, 1968 in Singapore as Hui Gek Tay. She is an actress, known for Unbeatables (1993), The Return of the Condor Heroes (1998) and The Teochew Family (1995). She has been married to Philip Chionh since September 22, 1995. They have three children.
