Kim Owen Smith

Arizona native, grew up in Huntington Beach, California. Studied film at Orange Coast College and University of California, Irvine. Graduate of UC Irvine. Studied film as a graduate student at University of Southern California. First job after college was counting ticket books at Disneyland. Got the idea for his first script while watching the Academy Awards on television. It later became "Britannic", which was produced by Regent Entertainment. Read over one hundred books and magazine articles on Chinese history and culture while researching "Celestial Empire: Path Of The Dragon".
