Hans Hugold von Schwerin

Baccalaureate at Lundsberg 1921. PhD in architectural history 1932 at the Uppsala University as on of the youngest students at only 26 years of age. Cavalry captain. Owner and landlord of the Skarhult estate. Writer of several books on Swedish and Danish castles and mansions. Served in WWII as an assistant Swedish military attaché in Berlin 1940-1943. Good friend of Ake Ohlmarks that attracted him to play himself in the movie Greve Svensson.
