David Victor was born on August 22, 1910 in Odessa, Kherson Governorate, Russian Empire [now Ukraine]. He was a producer and writer, known for Marcus Welby, M.D. (1969), Gunsmoke (1955) and The Spy in the Green Hat (1967). He died on October 18, 1989 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
