Since 1995 - the Presidential Board member of the All-Russian Film Festival "Kinotavr". In 1995 - General Director of "PROFIT" (Igor Tolstunov Production Company) independent production film company founded after reorganization of "TTL-Films". Since 1995 - General Director of "NTV-Profit" Film Company. Since 1996 * Managing Director of Foreign Movies & Russian Movies satellite TV Channels of "NTV-Plus Dbs."
