Edward D. Rea

Edward started his career studying theatre and photography at Canterbury High School and combined his natural talent for both when he later attended Vancouver Film School. Edward's broad industry experience includes everything from production to talent management, consulting to casting, and pretty well everything in between. His production credits include the development of a network series, an MOW and directing a pilot. Edward has assisted in the management of talent for almost a decade at various top talent agencies. In addition, Edward has more than 100 credits in film and TV casting, working with such notable names as Madonna and Guillermo Del Toro and projects which include "X Men 2" & "Smallville." His comprehensive experience in the area of talent has made Edward sought after in many forums judging talent or as a frequent guest instructor on industry topics at a numerous reputable acting institutions. Edward's involvement in various promotional projects enabled him to helm marketing for industry events and unveiling of new products. Most notably was his involvement as a consultant on software development for "Smartscript."
