Frederick Pyne

He worked on a voluntary basis for the Actors' Union Equity for 50 years and was elected to the governing body ( The Council ) for many years and was Equity President for 8 years from 1994 to 2002. He is a Trustee of 5 charities connected to the acting profession including the Chair of the Evelyn Norris Trust and vice Chair of the Equity Charitable Trust and of the Combined Theatrical Charities Appeals Council ( Acting for Others ) . For many years he has served on the British Equity Collecting Society.
