Biography

Matt Price was born in Chicago and raised in Evanston, IL. He is the son of a lawyer and a puppeteer. Matt went to the University of Michigan and was the co-founder of the improv troupe "highly IMPROVable." After graduating, Matt worked on several MTV shows before moving to Los Angeles and co-creating several pilots for Fox and NBC. Since that time, Matt has appeared on many shows, including Arrested Development (2003), The Office (2005), Men of a Certain Age (2009)_, and New Girl (2011)_ to name a few. As a writer, Matt won an Emmy for his writing on the Cartoon Network's Regular Show (2009) in 2012, and he has been nominated for Emmys five other times. He also wrote for Root of All Evil (2008) featuring Lewis Black as well as other shows on Comedy Central, Adult Swim and TBS. Matt lives in Los Angeles with his wife Tamara Krinsky and their daughter.
