Julio Porter was born on July 14, 1916 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was a writer and director, known for Scandal in the Family (1967), Blum (1970) and El mundo es de los jóvenes (1970). He died on October 24, 1979 in Mexico City, Mexico.
