Charo Santos-Concio

Charo Santos-Concio was born on October 27, 1955 in Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines as Maria Rosario Santos. She is a producer and actress, known for Dirty Affair (1990), The Woman Who Left (2016) and The Rites of May (1976). She is married to Cesar Concio. They have two children.
