Rosario Ruiz

Rosario Ruiz grew up in Lima, Perú. A bilingual actress, she is a 2019 graduate of the Acting for Film 1-Year Conservatory program at New York Film Academy (NYFA), where she was featured in student-film productions of Thieves, as "Sally" (her graduation project), Love Yourself, as "Sofia," and Deeds Reveal, as "Florence." She studied the Meisner Method with Italian actress-director Ana Cianciulli and film with Emmy Award winner Blanche Baker. She also studied Shakespeare with writer-director David Vando, as well as drama at Miami-Dade College, Lima's Escuela Charles Chaplin, under the mentorship of the late Peruvian actor Aristóteles Picho and at Escuela de teatro La Histriónica with Peruvian actress Vanessa Saba.
