Paul Rowley

Paul Rowley is a visual artist and filmmaker. He first began making films in 1995. Since then he has completed over 30 shorts, documentaries, video installations, and experimental films. He is known for the feature documentaries Seaview (2008) and Build Something Modern (2010) which he co-directed with Nicky Gogan, and experimental features The Rooms (2010, co-directed with Tim Blue), and The Participants (2015).
