Monica Rial

Monica Jean Rial is an American voice actress from Houston, Texas. She graduated from University of Houston. She is most well-known for voicing Bulma in the Dragon Ball franchise, Stocking in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt and Froppy in My Hero Academia. She is one of the most prolific anime voice actors in the English speaking world.
