She lives in Northern Ireland and London, and specializes in young and untrained actors. She has directed two drama series in South Africa, and has produced multiple TV dramas, short films, features, and documentaries. She is most known for her directorial works on "My Life as a Popat", "The Ward", and "Secret Life of Boys".
