Biography

Lucas Nola is Croatian writer, musician and actor. He was born in 1973. in Zagreb, where he attended Classic high school and later studied on University of Zagreb. During his high school years in 1990. he started publishing his literary works, and he played main role Gustav in Ljeto za sjecanje, a character based on Antun Gustav Matos, one of most important writers in Croatian history. Though the movie was rather successful and Milas had an opportunity to play with some of biggest Croatian actors, even getting the prize as the best débutant (newcomer) on movie festival in Nis, Serbia, he chose literature as his future profession. Since 2000. he has been publishing stories and poems regularly, including writing lyrics for songs, and later writing music, playing guitar and singing as well. After playing in "Yammat" he is now a member of a band "Florijan", making not only songs but covers for their albums as well, but he hasn't neglected publishing stories.
