Studied at the Hochschule fuer Gestaltung in Ulm, Germany, between 1965 and 1968 in the class of Edgar Reitz and Alexander Kluge. Since 1990 she got a professorship at the Kunsthochschule fuer Medien in Cologne, Germany.
