Shane Luther

Shane Luther was born in Brisbane, Australia. Leaving school and home at the age of 17, he acted in theatre, film and television, and sang in various pub bands. He was soon producing, writing and directing theatre, compiling extensive credits. His short film Pretty Penny won numerous awards and his screenplay for his first feature The Merchant of Fairness (2002) was nominated for an Australian Writers Guild AWGIE Award.
