Hermann Oberth

Hermann Oberth was born on June 25, 1894 in Hermannstadt, Austria-Hungary as Hermann Julius Oberth. He is known for his work on Woman in the Moon (1929) and Chariots of the Gods (1970). He was married to Mathilde Hummel. He died on December 29, 1989 in Nuremberg, Bavaria, West Germany.
