Ivan Nichev

He graduated from the State Film Academy in Lódz, Poland. He was a pupil of Andrzej Wajda. His film "Memory" was awarded in Locarno '75. "Stars in Hair, Tears in the Eyes" won the Golden Orange in Antalia, Turkey and participated in London and Sydney. "Ivan and Alexandra" won the Golden Rose in Varna, Bulgaria '88, Golden Placket in Chicago '89 and Special Jury Prize in Montecatini '89.
