Iris Murdoch

Iris Murdoch was born on July 15, 1919 in Dublin, Ireland as Jean Iris Murdoch. She was a writer and actress, known for The Italian Girl, A Severed Head (1971) and Television Theater (1953). She was married to John Bayley. She died on February 8, 1999 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.
