George Moffly

George Moffly is probably best known as the man who was involved in a secret FBI sting in late 80's Boston. An FBI agent who wanted to infiltrate Boston mob teamsters went undercover as a movie studio exec. He was making a "fake" movie and hired Moffly as a producer (who thought it was a real movie). After many years, the movie was shut down and the sting only captured a few minor Mob members. This entire story was detailed in an amazing GQ article (3/2000).
