Christopher Moll

An award-winning and well-respected producer/executive producer with a proven track record of creative and commercial success. Recent feature credits include the upcoming 'Lady Macbeth', 'The Girl with All the Gifts' and 'The Levelling'. Beginning my career at Aardman in the early 90's, I have over 25 years experience of working with both emerging and established talent, and of bringing compelling stories to the screen through my long-standing relationships with a wide range of financiers, broadcasters, sales and distributors. Now back in the private sector having spent the last few years as Head of Film in a variety of national and regional film agencies. Films developed and produced on my watch include '45 Years', 'Notes on Blindness', 'Adult Life Skills' and 'The Goob'. I also created the innovative low-budget production initiatives iFeatures and Digital Departures, partnering with BBC Films and BFI amongst others. Previously, I spent 15 years as an independent producer, initially with Aardman, for whom I produced the Oscar-winning 'The Wrong Trousers' as well as many other shorts and commercials, and subsequently with my own companies Hellzapoppin Pictures and Harvest Films. With one BAFTA win and two further nominations - all with different directors - my productions have also garnered the Annecy Grand Prix, D&AD pencil, Cannes Lion, and a Clio.
