Mikhail Kats

Mikhail Kats was born on August 29, 1945 in Molotov, RSFSR, USSR [now Perm, Russia]. He was a production designer and director, known for Pustynya (1991), The Lame Shall Enter First (1993) and Anekdotiada, ili Istoriya Odessy v anekdotakh (1994). He died on June 11, 2004.
