Glen S. Jimenez was born in La Puente, California in 1968. He graduated from Nogales High School in 1986. He joined the United States Air Force and served until 1993, when he transferred into the Air Force Reserve. In 2008 he was assigned as Superintendent, Plans and Programs, 61st Air Base Group, Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force, Base, CA. He previously served as the Assistant Inspector General, 452d Air Mobility Wing (2005 - 2008). His military assignments include bases in Washington, Texas, Michigan, California and Georgia where he served in support of Operations Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. He also served overseas in Germany during Operations Desert Storm and Southern Watch and recently returned from serving in Suriname, South America. Glen is a graduate of California State University Dominguez Hills where he received his Bachelors Degree in Theatre and Rio Hondo College where he received his Associates Degree in Theatre Arts focusing on Acting, Writing, and Directing. His Directing credits include Decisions: Six One-Act Plays (which are plays that he wrote, Riot in the Mind and Madman William (which he produced and directed with KTE). Glen's Theatre Credits include Crimes of the Heart, Proof, Macbeth, Second Time Around, Rancho Hollywood, Roosters, and Twelfth Night. Glen's Television and Film Credits include Spring Break Lawyer, Glimpse of Hell, Arrest & Trial and Blind Faith.
In 2000, Glen received a Meritorious Achievement Award from the American College Theatre Festival XXXII for his work as Stage Manager for The Good Person of Sichuan and an Ensemble Performance Award for Equus and Twelfth Night. In 2008, Glen received a the Theatro Dominguez Award from CSU Dominguez Hills.
Glen is the Artistic Director/Founder of Kaleidoscope Theatre Ensemble (KTE), a non-profit theatre company dedicated: "To Educate and Entertain the community and particularly the children through the use of theatre and improvisation." He started this company to entertain and to use his creativity to help children learn about theatre and hopefully use it as an alternative to drugs and gangs. "Entertaining the World - One Play at a Time" is Glen's Vision for KTE and beyond.
Glen has one daughter (Amanda Danielle)and two grandchildren (LeiLoni Anne and Devon James).
