Hollywood Magic Castle Honorary Lifetime Member Clark James is a special effects supervisor/coordinator who has serviced many of the biggest film, television and stage productions over the past 35 years. His decade of performing as a stage magician in the 1980's led to special theater projects and miniature special effects on blockbuster feature films. As digital effects took over much of the miniature work in the late 90's, he shifted completely into full scale special effects and pyrotechnics. In 2013, he was elected as an executive board member of the Alliance of Special Effects and Pyrotechnic Operators (ASEPO), interfacing with government regulatory agencies and committees on behalf of its members.
