P.D. James

P.D. James was born on August 3, 1920 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England as Phyllis Dorothy James. She was a writer and producer, known for Children of Men (2006), Death in Holy Orders (2003) and The Black Tower (1985). She was married to Ernest Connor Bantry White. She died on November 27, 2014 in Oxford.
