Cahit Irgat was born on March 21, 1915 in Lüleburgaz, Ottoman Empire. He was an actor and director, known for The Conquest of Constantinople (1951), The Child Who Was Abandoned (1950) and Hayat acilari (1951). He was married to Mina Urgan and Cahide Sonku. He died on June 5, 1971 in Istanbul, Turkey.
