Eduard Izotov

Eduard Izotov was born on November 11, 1936 in Surazhskiy rayon, Vitebskaya oblast, Belarussian SSR, USSR as Eduard Konstantinovich Izotov. He is known for his work on Frosty (1965), Incorrigible Liar (1973) and Chelovek v shtatskom (1973). He was married to Irina Ladyzhenskaya and Inga Budkevich. He died on March 8, 2003 in Moscow, Russia.
