Frank Hurley

Frank Hurley was born on October 15, 1885 in Glebe, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He was a director and cinematographer, known for The Hound of the Deep (1926), Jungle Woman (1926) and The Official Film of the Mawson Antarctic Expedition (1949). He was previously married to Antoinette Rosalind Leighton. He died on January 16, 1962 in Collaroy Plateau, New South Wales, Australia.
