Biography

Ralph is a SAG actor and voice-over talent from Harlem, New York, with over 35-years of acting experience. Ralph first caught the acting bug while attending high school. He auditioned for a major budget school play and landed a major role. His English/acting/singing/diction coach had friends in the industry. A prominent daytime soap opera producer gave Ralph the motivation to pursue acting after complimenting him on a stellar performance and the rest is history! During Ralph's junior year in high school, he was cast as an actor for an acting troupe where he traveled to various high schools throughout New York City to perform improvisational skits on various subjects. This was Ralph's first paid gig that lasted approximately two years. After honing his craft, Ralph was signed by a management company where he landed many roles in major movies, commercials, and music videos. Ralph played a featured role in The Saint of Fort Washington, alongside Danny Glover, Ving Rhames, and Matt Dillon. Ralph played a bit part in Black Utopia (Indie), and background roles in New Jack City, Malcolm-X, Turbulence, Extreme Measures, New York Undercover, and Law and Order. Ralph also played a Jamaican posse gang member in America's Most Wanted, and a lead gang member in an MTV commercial entitled, "The Rapper." Ralph's other commercial credit was when he appeared in a public service commercial for Bill Cosby's "School's the Move" drive. When Ralph finished high school he continued to act, but later became a law enforcement officer to earn consistent pay and to make a difference in his community. Ralph never lost sight of his dreams of becoming an actor and voice talent. He continued to work as an actor in major movies while working in law enforcement until relocating to Florida. Ralph took some of the lessons he learned as an actor and applied them in the classroom as a higher-educational professional and motivational speaker. Ralph earned a doctoral degree in organizational psychology and has taught at several institutions of higher learning and has given a plethora of inspirational speeches since 2007. Ralph is retired from law enforcement and is eager to pursue a full-time career as an actor, voice-over talent, law enforcement consultant, and self-defense coordinator/consultant. Ralph is a dedicated perfectionist who truly pours his heart into any project he works on.
