Francesco Leonetti was born on January 27, 1924 in Cosenza, Calabria, Italy. He was an actor and writer, known for Oedipus Rex (1967), The Gospel According to St. Matthew (1964) and The Year of the Cannibals (1970). He was married to Eleonora Fiorani. He died on December 17, 2017 in Milan, Italy.
