Christian Lara

Christian Lara is born in Guadeloupe, an island in the french Caribbean. He's considered as "the father of the West Indian cinema". Journalist in France who turned film maker, he has now more than 20 films to his credit, shot in the Caribbean islands, France, Canada, Cameroon, Gabon, Senegal, Tunisia and more.
