Biography

Steven was born in London, England. He started acting at the age of 8, when he joined Abacus Agency. His first theatre job was playing Tiny Tim and very young Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol" at the Barbican Theatre. He then went on to play "Duke of York" in Brian Cox's production of "Richard III" at Regent's Open Air Theatre. His big theatre break and West End Debut was when he landed the role of "Oliver" in Cameron Mackintosh's "Oliver!" at the Palladium. Other than his listed television work, which includes "Mike" in Mike & Angelo (1989), Bootleg (2002), and playing the lead role in the British movie Dead Cool (2004). He has also recorded audio tapes and radio shows. These include "A Winter's Tale" with the late Sir John Gielgud, "Titus Andronicus" and "Diary Of A Provincial Lady". He also sings, and is featured as a lead solo vocalist on Measure for Measure (2006).
