Nuria Wicksman

Spanish-born writer Nuria Wicksman studied at the ECAM film school in Madrid and at the Northern Film School in Leeds, as well as being mentored by USC screenwriting professors. At film school she met husband and writing partner Dan Wicksman, and the two have been writing together ever since, working for film and TV companies in over fifteen countries (including the BBC, Aardman Animations, Nickelodeon and Universal). The Wicksmans have worked on global characters such as Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Thomas & Friends. Recent credits include feature-length animated movie 'Curious George: Royal Monkey' for Universal and work for companies in Beijing and Shenzhen, China.
