Gene Freedman

Gene Freedman was born in Boston and grew up in Newton, Massachusetts. After graduating Newton (North) High School, he lived in New York for five years where he attended Pace University. After New York, Gene lived in Helena, Montana, then brief stays in Massachusetts and Connecticut before moving to southern California to attend California Institute of the Arts, from which he graduated in 1981. Gene currently (2014) lives in Seattle with his wife, Carolann, and their four cats.
