Eddie Fowlie

Eddie Fowlie established himself as a leading property master, locations scout, special effects expert and all-round trouble-shooter for more than four decades working under the orders of many great film directors, including Richard Lester and Howard Hawks. However, it is his close working relationship with Film Director David Lean which stands out, particularly on 'Lawrence of Arabia'; 'Doctor Zhivago', for which he created the famous Ice Palace; and 'Ryan's Daughter'.
